We reject synthetic wellness slogans, guilt-driven dogmas, and trend cycles. Our pages document the quiet architecture of seasonal roots, dry-farmed groves, and unvarnished artisan crafts.

Between press and field
The journal began in a stone studio in the Hudson Valley before establishing an editorial outpost in Paris. We collaborate directly with independent agrarians, ceramicists, and essayists committed to tactile provenance.
Each biannual print issue is set in classic typography and printed on unbleached Swedish cotton paper, documenting slow travel itineraries and heirloom gastronomy that endure beyond digital novelty.
